Brassica oleracea – (80–100 days) (Hardy Perennial) A Vigorous open pollinated variety, this compact plant loads up 1 ½" round, tight, dark–green sprouts. Succulent & tender when steamed. Best for late fall & winter harvests as a few frosts will improve the flavor. A good variety for freezing.
Planting Instructions: A cold weather crop, plant as soon as soil is workable. Requires a firm, fertile soil. Sow seeds ½" deep, 6" apart. Keep soil moist but well drained. Full Sun.
