Brassica oleracea botrytis – (Hardy Biennual) (95–100 days) This mid–late season variety produces beautiful white, well protected heads for an early autumn harvest. Very robust with erect leaf structure & excellent wrappers to protect the 6–8" wide milky white 2 pound heads. Late season frost makes this head sweeter.
Planting instructions: Sow indoors ¼ " deep in pots or flats 8 weeks before the last frost. Thin seedlings when 2” tall and transplant into individual pots. Plant outdoors 24" apart when a light frost is still possible.

Brassica oleracea – (85 days) This hybrid is a vigorous grower with absolutely gorgeous lime green peaked heads comprised of small towering, spiked florets with a milder, sweeter flavour than white cauliflower.
